Jacquelyn Conlon

Jacquelyn Conlon is a senior partner at Conlon Amendola, PLLC, in Southport, Connecticut. Serving clients throughout Fairfield County and the wider Connecticut area, she focuses on family law, demonstrating comprehensive proficiency in pre- and postnuptial agreements, child custody and support, divorce proceedings, spousal maintenance and the equitable division of assets.

In her practice, Ms. Conlon collaborates with a network of mavens, including business appraisers and custody evaluators, to provide her clients with thorough representation. Additionally, she takes on the role of guardian ad litem and is appointed by the court as an attorney for the minor child in complex custody disputes.

Ms. Conlon received her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1993, after her 1982 bachelor's degree from The George Washington University. Licensed to practice in Connecticut, she has devoted over two decades to advocating for her clients during the emotionally charged and complex process of family law disputes.

Ms. Conlon is a distinguished American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers associate and a special master in the Stamford and Bridgeport Superior Courts. Her term as chair of the FCBA Family Law Section from 2007 to 2011 illustrates her leadership abilities.

The National Advocates: Top 100 has included Ms. Conlon as a member since 2015. Her publication in "A Practical Guide to Connecticut Divorce" on using professional witnesses has contributed to the field. She is also actively involved in the Connecticut Bar Association Family Law Section, functioning as an executive committee member and legislative liaison. Her leadership in the legal field was highlighted in 2014 when she moderated a family law seminar hosted by the American Bar Association.

As an educator, Ms. Conlon imparts her knowledge as an instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She also dedicates time to community and pro bono efforts, notably with the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center and Lawyers For Children.
