She went on to pursue higher education at Johns Hopkins University, where she earned her Master of Arts degree in teaching in 2000. With a fervent passion to pursue law, she took her first step by enrolling at the Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she bolstered her legal acumen and talents to help her clients. She received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2004, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice law in Connecticut. Later on, she was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
