With over four decades of experience in the legal field, Veronica E. Reich has strived to provide top-quality representation to her clients in their contentious family law cases, rising above emotional arguments while simultaneously acknowledging the importance of processing one’s emotions during these difficult times. A partner at Reich & Truax, PLLC, in Southport, Connecticut, she serves the residents of the surrounding region and throughout Fairfield County as well.
Ms. Reich completed her undergraduate studies in 1975, graduating cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the Barnard College of Columbia University. She then went on to attend Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey Law School, where she strengthened her legal acumen and talents to help her clients today. She received her Juris Doctor in 1978, and two years later, she obtained her license to practice law in Connecticut. She later became admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Reich has emphasized an unrelenting work ethic, zealous advocacy and personalized attention in every case she has handled. Her pristine, client-centric practice has been lauded for its innovative and creative approaches, as well as her empathetic and compassionate care shown toward her clients when dealing with difficult subject matters. For her many contributions, she has been recognized as one of the Lawyers of Distinction and was the recipient of the Client Satisfaction Award by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
Within her legal community, Ms. Reich maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. In addition to her regular family law practice, she also serves diligently as a guardian ad litem for children, helping serve their best interests in court.
