- This seminar examines the different jurisdictional requirements of filing for divorce in CT and NY and what happens when there is a battle over jurisdiction. With so many New Yorkers escaping to CT during the pandemic, questions arise - is it permissible to file in either state and what are the advantages of filing in one state versus the other.
