Jaime Dursht

A partner at Siegel, Colin & Kaufman in Stamford, Connecticut, Jaime Dursht uses her 25-plus years of experience on her clients’ behalf, helping them overcome contentious legal challenges pertaining to family law so they can move on to better opportunities in their futures. She was first licensed to practice law in New York in 1998, and 14 years later, obtained her license to practice law across all Connecticut state courts.

Ms. Dursht made her first foray into the legal field through her enrollment in the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served in the Law Review and on the Cardozo Trial Team. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in history.

With her first role after graduating from law school being in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Dursht gained immense exposure to the inner workings of the judiciary she operated in, prosecuting myriad cases of maximal complexity with relative ease. During this time, she shifted her focus to domestic violence crimes, finding the spark that allowed her to dedicate her practice solely to family law matters, as she understands the impact a deft attorney can have on people in their personal lives.

A stalwart champion for her clients, Ms. Dursht fights tooth and nail to provide them the peace of mind and relief they deserve through her tenacious work ethic and meticulous attention to detail in every case she takes on, striving to provide well-rounded legal representation while simultaneously giving them support and the confidence that their legal matters will be handled professionally and with grace. Within her legal community, Ms. Dursht maintains memberships in many prominent legal organizations, including the Fairfield County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.
