Mr. Madry completed his undergraduate studies at Hampton University, graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, and went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 2005, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Connecticut. Later on, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
