Kevin Daken

Kevin Daken is a partner at Siegel, Colin & Kaufman located at Stamford, Connecticut. He is a family law attorney who takes on cases involving divorce and legal separation, alimony and child support, child custody, pre- and postnuptial agreements, post-judgement enforcement, property distribution and so on. 

Mr. Daken is a compassionate and empathetic attorney with an unwavering commitment to his clients’ needs. With over a decade of experience practicing law, Mr. Daken has handled legal matters involving complex compensation structures, vocational evaluations, contentious disputes over custody and access, and disputed business and real estate evaluations. 

Mr. Daken has clerked for the Superior Court of the Judicial District of New Haven at Meriden, and it was here that he gained invaluable insight into the justice system and legal processes. Honored for his exceptional work in the legal field, Mr. Daken has a “Superb” rating on Avvo. 

Graduating cum laude with a major in history, Mr. Daken has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Illinois Wesleyan University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law. While in law school, he received the Award for Excellence in Clinical Work and the James R. DeFonce '80 Memorial Endowed Scholarship. 

Mr. Daken is admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Collaborative Divorce Attorneys of Fairfield County. He is co-chairman of the Fairfield County Bar Association’s Family Section and special master at the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Stamford/Norwalk.
