Attorney Nathan C. Zezula is a founding partner of Lueker Mott Zezula LLC in New Milford, Connecticut. Mr. Zezula practices business, civil, commercial and financial litigation, representing clients in Bridgeport, New Haven and Fairfield County, Connecticut, as well as New York, New York.
Mr. Zezula has more than a decade of experience handling various types of cases including those involving FINRA arbitration, FINRA enforcement actions, investment mismanagement and securities litigation, as well as all manner of business litigation. He has over a decade of experience litigating claims in state and federal court throughout the country.
Before founding Lueker Mott Zezula LLC, Mr. Zezula gained legal experience clerking for a U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York judge. During his time in private practice, he has successfully achieved resolutions for his clients in complex business and commercial matters, including pre-judgment relief in the form of temporary injunctions or restraining orders.
Mr. Zezula holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. While pursuing his law degree, he served as managing editor of the Pace Law Review. He holds an active license to practice law in the state courts of Connecticut and New York, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
In addition, Mr. Zezula is a former artillery officer in the U.S. Army. He served in Germany and Kosovo and left the military with the rank of Captain.
