Martha S. Triplett

The owner and manager of Delaney & Triplett, P.C., in Wallingford, Connecticut, Martha S. Triplett provides effective representation to clients who have been injured due to no fault of their own, such as motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls or truck wrecks. With over 35 years of experience, she understands what strategies need to be utilized to reap the most rewards for her clients. She serves the residents of the Hartford metropolitan area and throughout New Haven County.

Ms. Triplett completed her undergraduate studies in 1983 at Vanderbilt University, graduating cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in art history and English. She then went on to enroll at the Vanderbilt University Law School and received her Juris Doctor in 1986. She obtained her license to practice law in Connecticut in 1988. Soon after law school, she became an assistant attorney general for the State of Tennessee Attorney General’s Office, where she gained immense exposure that still informs her practice.

Across her illustrious career, Ms. Triplett has been a champion for those who have had to endure pain and suffering for the negligent actions of a third party. Her tireless contributions have resulted in prestigious legal organizations recognizing her for the same, including being peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating, and holding a “Superb” rating on Avvo, along with many positive client testimonials on the site as well.

Within the legal community, Ms. Triplett stays actively involved with close affiliations to many legal organizations, including the Connecticut Bar Foundation (life member), the American Association for Justice, the Connecticut Bar Examining Committee and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (part of the General Tort Committee and the Women’s Caucus).
