Daniel H. Miller

Attorney Daniel H. Miller serves clients throughout the state of Connecticut from the firm's office in Waterbury. His varied practice encompasses divorce and other family law matters, business transactions and litigation, estate planning and administration, plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death litigation, residential real estate closings, and evictions and other landlord/tenant matters.

Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science in resource economics from the University of Connecticut in 2004. He then pursued his legal studies at Western New England University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2007. After law school, Mr. Miller opened his own practice and was also a special deputy assistant state's attorney for the Waterbury Judicial District. In that latter capacity, he had the opportunity to try several misdemeanor and felony cases. Admitted to practice before all Connecticut state courts and a member of the Litchfield County and Waterbury bar associations, Mr. Miller joined his current firm in 2017.

Certified as a guardian ad litem by the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, Mr. Miller has received high praise from his fellow professionals for his work in family law and other practice areas. The American Institute of Legal Counsel has named him as one of the 10 Best Family Law Attorneys in Connecticut, and Mr. Miller has also been named to the American Society of Legal Advocates' Top 40 Lawyers Under 40. Similarly, the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys has named him as one of Connecticut's Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under Age 40.
