Thomas P. Pettinicchi

Attorney Thomas P. Pettinicchi is a partner at D’Amico & Pettinicchi in Watertown, Connecticut. Mr. Pettinicchi has several decades of litigation experience and focuses his practice exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury law.

Mr. Pettinicchi serves clients in Watertown and throughout Connecticut in matters involving bicycle accidents, boating accidents, car accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, motorcycle accidents, negligent security, nursing home negligence, product liability, sexual abuse, slip and fall, truck accidents, work injuries and wrongful death. He holds a law license before all Connecticut state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Over the course of his career practicing personal injury law, Mr. Pettinicchi has recovered significant sums in settlements and successful trial verdicts for his clients. Honoring his accomplishments, The National Trial Lawyers named him among the “top 100 lawyers.” He is also listed in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America” in the area of personal injury law and named among America’s Most Honored Professionals by the American Registry.

Active in various local and statewide professional organizations, Mr. Pettinicchi is a member of the Litchfield County Bar Association, the Waterbury Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, he belongs to the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.  He is also an active member of the General Torts Committee for the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Pettinicchi earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 1986. Prior to deciding to focus his practice solely on personal injury law, he practiced in the areas of personal injury and matrimonial law.
