Mr. Mogel is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and Nevada. He graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance in 1986. As student body president at the University of Connecticut School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1989 and was admitted to practice in Connecituct soon thereafter.

As well as being a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and Hartford County Bar Association, Mr. Mogel takes part in a variety of organizations.
