A partner with the law firm of Needle | Cuda, Alexander J. Cuda is committed to providing residents throughout the Fairfield County area and Connecticut with professional legal representation in family law matters. His cases involve child custody, divorce, premarital and postnuptial agreements and financial support.

Mr. Cuda graduated from Cornell University in 2000 with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Latin and comparative literature, for which he graduated magna cum laude. He then attended Tulane University Law School where he received a Juris Doctor in 2003 and a Master of Laws in 2004. While attending law school, Mr. Cuda served as the senior articles editor for the Law & Sexuality Journal, joined the Moot Court Appellate Competition Team and worked as a volunteer on the NO/AIDS Task Force.

For the past several years, Mr. Cuda has used his experience and knowledge to help clients at the trial and appellate levels, dedicating his time fully to family law. He is the co-associate editor of the Connecticut Family Lawyer and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. Furthermore, he is admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

After representing a baby who was shaken, he was presented with the CBA Pro Bono Award in 2009. In addition to his work with children, he also participates in the Yale Mock Trial Tournament as a judge.
