Attorney Eric D. Bernheim is a partner with FLB Law, PLLC, in Westport, Connecticut. He has become a recognized authority on his area's land use zoning requirements, and has assisted local businesses, hospitality groups, municipalities, developers and others with their complex zoning and land use matters.
Known for his remarkable problem-solving abilities, Mr. Bernheim has achieved remarkable success helping his clients obtain their goals and the positive results they seek efficiently and cost-effectively, and he has handled a variety of issues in state and federal courts across his region. He also once served as Special Counsel for the City of Norwalk, and he has represented a number of high-profile, large-scale entities, such as shopping malls, car dealerships, municipal entities and more.

A 2001 graduate of Ithica College, Mr. Bernheim obtained his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2004. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and he is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, where he has served as co-chair of the organization's Planning and Zoning Section. He also serves on the board of directors of MoCA Westport as well as on the advisory board for The Norwalk Art Space.
