Louise A. McGlynn

With more than 25 years of experience, Louise A. McGlynn is an attorney with Conlon, MgGlynn & McCann, LLC. She represents clients in Fairfield County, Connecticut, in matters of family law. These include the following: collaborative divorce, mediation, property division, pre- and postmarital agreements, child custody, parenting plans, child support, maintenance, alimony, divorce, and real estate matters.

Ms. McGlynn is a member of the Connecticut Collaborative Divorce Group, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Fairfield County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York, she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut, Ms. McGlynn then attended law school at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. There she earned her Juris Doctor and then began a long, successful career where she was named in 2019 as one of the Top 50 Attorneys in Connecticut by Connecticut Magazine.

Named a Guardian ad Litem, Ms. McGlynn is also a trained Special Master in Stamford and Bridgeport. A talented negotiator, she is committed to protecting the best interests of her clients to create a successful starting point for their future as they moved on from a marriage or relationship.
