Robert C. Collins, II

Robert C. Collins, II, is an attorney with the Schwartz & Schwartz, Attorneys at Law, P.A., law firm in Dover, Delaware. Representing the rights and interests of clients throughout the state, Mr. Collins focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from car accidents, commercial truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall accidents and other preventable tragedies caused by someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.

In addition, he also has extensive experience handling cases involving employment litigation, commercial and residential real estate litigation, estate litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and eviction cases, Court of Chancery cases, life insurance claims and denials, and other legal areas. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, where he once was co-chair of the organization's Health Law Section, and he is actively involved with the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, among his other professional affiliations.
