Dana L. Reynolds

Dana L. Reynolds is an experienced family law attorney in Wilmington, Delaware. Ms. Reynolds is the managing attorney of the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC, and serves clients throughout the Wilmington metropolitan area and Delaware.

Ms. Reynolds helps clients with all types of family law litigation matters such as divorce, adoption, alimony, child custody, child support, paternity, domestic violence, guardianship, and drafting of various family law contracts such as assisted reproductive technology (ART) agreements, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements and divorce and custody settlement agreements. She is also an experienced drafter and negotiator for gestational surrogacy agreements and egg and embryo donation agreements. She provides committed, compassionate representation to her clients, always working with their best interests in mind.  Ms. Reynolds is also a certified mediator for family law matters.  

Experienced in negotiation and litigation, Ms. Reynolds has advised and represented numerous Delaware residents in complex family law cases. She understands that they are going through a challenging time and is dedicated to protecting their rights and guiding them through each step of the legal process.

Active in the family law community, Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association Family Law Section, LGBTQ+ Section, and Women & the Law Section. She also belongs to the American Bar Association Section of Family Law and the section’s Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee, as well as the Melson-Arsht American Inn of Court.  Ms. Reynolds is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.

After earning a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1998, Ms. Reynolds received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2006. She holds a license to practice law before all Delaware state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Ms. Reynolds has well over a decade of legal experience. Prior to founding her firm, she clerked for judges sitting on the Delaware Family Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
