David T. Wissbroecker

A vehement proponent of protecting the public from fraudulent activities conducted by large corporations, David T. Wissbroecker leaves no holds barred in his efforts to keep them in check through the legal system, striving to enforce strict preventative measures so that the common man is not left behind in their pursuit of justice. At the law office of Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware, he handles securities litigation and corporate governance, and he practices at the Delaware Chancery Court.

Mr. Wissbroecker completed his undergraduate studies in 1998, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Arizona State University. He went on to attend the University of Illinois College of Law and received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2003. He is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois and Oregon, and he is admitted to practice before the following federal courts:
