Melissa N. Donimirski is an attorney at Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, where she represents business clients in complex litigation involving issues such as stockholder class actions, partnership and limited liability company disputes, derivative actions involving corporate governance, and disputes over the fiduciary obligations of officers and directors. Ms. Donimirski earned a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and went on to graduate cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School. She holds licenses to practice law before all Delaware state courts, the Delaware Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Prior to joining Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP, Ms. Donimirski served as a clerk for judges at the Delaware Superior and Supreme Courts. She also spent three years practicing as an associate at another private law firm.
