Justin Presser

Personal injury and Car Accident attorney Justin Presser is the founder of Presser Law, P.A., in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Mr. Presser has over 17 years of legal experience and represents clients in Altamonte Springs and the Greater Central Florida area including the Orlando metropolitan area, as well as throughout Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Volusia counties. 

Mr. Presser handles all types of personal injury cases, including those involving injuries from car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip/trip and falls, and injuries from animals.  Mr. Presser handles catastrophic brain and spinal injury cases, as well as wrongful death cases.  He is committed to pursuing justice for his clients, developing personal relationships and guiding them through the complexities of the legal process in an honest and open process while aggressively representing their interests against the large insurance companies.
