Lorie L. Chism

A shareholder in Amelia Law Group, PLLC, in Amelia Island, Florida, Lorie L. Chism concentrates her practice on business and corporate law, tax law, estate planning and real estate law, serving a broad base of primarily business clients throughout the Jacksonville metropolitan area and Nassau County. At the firm, Mrs. Chism brings experience as a certified public accountant to bear on complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, succession planning for business owners and strategic business planning.

In service of her high net worth clients, Ms. Chism has significant experience in private company representations, partnership and LLC structuring, and all aspects of private business management. Admitted to practice before state courts in both Florida and Georgia, Mrs. Chism holds membership in several professional organizations in order to remain abreast of developments in her field. In addition to membership in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, she is a member of the Taxation Law and Business sections of the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Society of Attorney-CPAs.
