A native of Long Beach, California, Mr. Kim earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Central Florida in 1997 followed by his master’s degree in the same field from the University of Freiburg in 2004. He received his doctorate in jurisprudence from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in 2013.
