Drew Moody is a highly accomplished attorney and the principal at Moody Law, where he has secured over $50 million in jury verdicts since 2020. A Double Gator, Mr. Moody graduated with honors from the University of Florida and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, he gained valuable experience through internships with a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s Thirteenth Circuit and with the State Attorney's Office for Florida’s Eighth Circuit. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Moody began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, where he developed extensive jury trial experience while prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the people of the State of Florida. In 2020, he joined Moody Law, continuing his pursuit of justice for injured clients across the state of Florida.
As a sixth-generation Floridian, Mr. Moody is deeply embedded in the local community and is dedicated to promoting safety throughout the state. He has served in numerous leadership roles, including on the Board of Governors for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) and as President of the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Moody is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States Middle District of Florida, and the United States Southern District of Florida.
