Adam D. Palmer

Adam D. Palmer is a distinguished attorney and the founder of Palmer Law in Boca Raton, Florida. He has practiced trial law in South Florida since 1988 and is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  As a trial attorney, his practice is concentrated in the areas of business-related disputes, commercial litigation, securities fraud, stockbroker misconduct, and investor rights.

Mr. Palmer work in the securities and investment arena includes representation of clients through litigation and trials, as well as representation of clients engaged in FINRA and AAA arbitration matters.  He has had great success handling claims involving the Florida Securities and Investor Protection Act, as well as representing clients victimized by securities fraud, stockbroker misconduct, unsuitable investments, negligence, misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty.  Mr. Palmer also has significant experience representing broker-dealers and financial advisors.

Mr. Palmer’s business litigation experience covers a wide array of business and commercial disputes, including but not limited to legal and equitable claims involving breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, business torts, noncompete agreements, and other financial injuries.  In the realm of real estate, Mr. Palmer represents contractors, subcontractors, and property owners, and he serves multifamily property owners involved in lease litigation.
