Brandan J. Pratt is a managing partner at Huth, Pratt & Milhauser, PLLC, in Boca Raton, Florida. To expand his proficiency in financial matters, he completed a graduate certificate in financial planning from Florida State University in 2008 and later achieved the Certified Financial Planner designation.
An active member of the legal community, Mr. Pratt serves as a director of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also a member of The Florida Bar and participates in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. His professional involvement extends to organizations such as the Broward County Bar Association, the Boca Raton and Broward County Estate Planning Council, and the Financial Planning Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Pratt has been recognized for his leadership and contributions through numerous appointments to bar and industry organizations. He has also appeared before Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida on complex estate-related issues.
