After graduating from the University of Florida in 1988, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies, Mr. Silver returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law in 1991. The Florida Bar admitted him to practice the following year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
