Attorney Christopher A. Sajdera is the managing partner of Sajdera, PA, in Boca Raton, Florida. A native of Fort Lauderdale, Mr. Sajdera has a genuine concern for the legal issues that affect the residents and businesses of his community, and he has represented the rights and interests of both plaintiff and defendant clients alike in state and federal courts who have serious, complex and pressing legal issues affecting their companies, their commercial developments, their homes and their property.

Mr. Sajdera has extensive experience handling real property and Association litigation matters, including construction defects and land use disputes, and he has also handled dozens of cases involving breaches of contract, business torts, real estate fraud, insurance disputes, easement issues and more. Along with maintaining a successful trial practice, he also serves to counsel small businesses with various commercial and real estate-related disputes, and he routinely provides on-going counsel to his clients to help them remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations in order to help mitigate their risk exposure.

A 2001 graduate of Swarthmore College, Mr. Sajdera attended Duke University Law School, where he served as articles editor and special projects editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2004, and he holds his admission to practice before all Florida state courts as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Sajdera has published articles and conducted lectures across his region on a variety of topics. He has also held a number of leadership roles with The Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust Section as well as with the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and Business Networks International.  

He is also an active member of the Board of Directors for the Flite Center and the Leadership Broward Foundation, among his other professional and civic affiliations.
