David I. Shiner is a distinguished trial attorney and the founding partner of Shiner Law Group in Boca Raton, Florida, where he has devoted his career to advocating for individuals and businesses harmed by negligence or misconduct. Since becoming licensed in Florida in 2002 after graduating from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Shiner has assembled a skilled team dedicated to pursuing justice on behalf of clients injured in automobile collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, motorcycle crashes and other accidents arising from wrongdoing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shiner has emphasized a comprehensive and aggressive approach, meticulously analyzing each case to secure just compensation for clients’ losses. A native of South Florida, Mr. Shiner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Religious Studies from the University of South Florida, where he graduated in 1999. Early in his career, he served as secretary of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Civil Practice Committee and later contributed to its Quality of Life and Stress Management Committee. He further demonstrated his dedication through volunteer work with nonprofit organizations such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the SPCA and Joshua House in Tampa.
Committed to public service, Mr. Shiner has served as general counsel to the Palm Beach County Republican Party and as a board member of the Republican Jewish Coalition. He chaired the Florida Bar’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, is admitted to practice in all Florida federal district courts and in Washington, and maintains memberships in multiple professional associations.
