Eric Lee

As a partner at Lee & Amtzis, P.L., Eric Lee is committed to representing clients in Boca Raton, Florida, the surrounding areas and Palm Beach County. He focuses his practice on business litigation cases that involve the following matters: American Arbitration Association arbitration, business torts, sexual harassment, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitration, class action matters, copyright infringement, Employment Retirement Income Security Act issues, discrimination, insurance disputes, patent infringement, state and federal securities fraud, trademark infringement, contract matters, probate litigation, bankruptcy* and antitrust issues.

After graduating with honors from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in criminology, Mr. Lee went on to earn a Juris Doctor and graduate magna cum laude in 1992 from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. During his time there, he served as a member of the school’s law review.

With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Lee has brought many cases to trial and appellate court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His successes include serving as lead counsel in class action matters in which more than $10 million was recovered for clients. For his achievements, The Florida Bar has certified Mr. Lee in business litigation; the Daily Business Review has named him in its Most Effective Lawyers list; and Florida Trend magazine has listed him as a Florida Legal Elite.

A member of The Florida Bar, Mr. Lee is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5^th Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11^th Circuit.
