Jacob C. Kieffer

Jacob C. Kieffer is an Associate at Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A., in Boca Raton, Florida. A dedicated advocate, he guides clients through challenging times with compassion, strategic litigation skills and steadfast support. Focusing on family and matrimonial law, he devotes himself to resolving sensitive disputes with both empathy and tenacity.

Mr. Kieffer began his academic journey at Alcorn State University. In 2020, he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. During his tenure, he balanced rigorous coursework with his role as a starting pitcher on the university’s baseball team, demonstrating leadership both on and off the field.

Eager to pursue his passion for law, Mr. Kieffer attended Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad College of Law. There, he immersed himself in practical advocacy and scholarship. He served on the board of the Nova Trial Association, competed nationally in the 15^th Annual Stetson National Pretrial Competition and held a position in the Moot Court Honor Society. 

As a senior editor for Nova Law Review, Mr. Kieffer honed his writing and analytical skills. His academic excellence earned him a place on the Dean’s List each semester and the prestigious Dean’s Law Scholarship. In 2023, he graduated magna cum laude, ranking in the top 11% of his class.

Prior to joining Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A., Mr. Kieffer gained invaluable courtroom experience interning for the Honorable Michael Davis of Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit. Following this clerkship, he joined a national, multipractice law firm, initially as a family law clerk and, upon admission to The Florida Bar, as an associate attorney. Mr. Kieffer is trained in Collaborative Law and is a member of Choose Collaborative. The Best Lawyers in America proudly recognized him as “Ones to Watch” in 2026 for work in Family Law. Moreover, the firm has been named to the 2026 list of “Best Law Firms” by U.S. News – Best Lawyers® as a “Tier-1” Family Law and Family Law Mediation firm in the United States.
