Lindsay B. Haber

Lindsay B. Haber, a founding partner of Haber Legal in Boca Raton, Florida, is a highly accomplished family law attorney. She represents clients in Boca Raton, Miami and throughout South Florida.  Ms. Haber’s practice focuses on the family as a whole - focusing on matrimonial and family law cases, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution, alimony and spousal support, parenting issues and timesharing, paternity, and complex financial matters, while also incorporating estate planning and probate into her practice so that clients’ assets and family members remain well protected from now and into the future

With a robust legal background spanning over a decade, Ms. Haber has consistently demonstrated her ability to deal with divorce and family law conflicts head-on through effective negotiation, mediation or compelling courtroom trials. In addition, she endeavors to propel each client toward progress in their lives, advocating for cordial resolutions whenever feasible and reserving litigation as a last resort.

Ms. Haber attained her J.D. summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2010. Prior to that, she earned her B.A. with honors from the University of Florida in 2006. She is authorized to practice law in Florida and has appeared before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, she has also received training in the collaborative law process.
