Michael Brevda is nationally recognized as an attorney specializing in nursing home negligence cases. Mr. Brevda is the Managing Partner of Senior Justice Law Firm. The types of cases that Mr. Brevda has handled have largely arisen out of incidents involving nursing home abuse, assisted living facility neglect, medical malpractice, and serious personal injury. Common injuries include bed sores, falls, broken bones, weight loss and wrongful death. He has been able to obtain millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, both as a result of jury awards and negotiated settlements, and he has accordingly been made a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an invitation-only organization limited to attorneys who have won seven-figure settlements or verdicts. The third fall led to a serious femur fracture resulting in surgery and the loss of Mr. Dominique's ability to walk independently.
