Michael William Simon is the shareholder and founder of The Simon Law Firm in Boca Raton, Florida, guiding clients through both commercial and residential real estate with a steady hand and sharp focus. His work ranges from drafting and negotiating contracts to handling land acquisitions and clearing title issues, bringing clarity and momentum to property matters that can otherwise stall. His background in development covers mixed-use projects, land covenants, hazardous-materials compliance, construction, major financing and high-stakes commercial settings, including hospitality, leasing, premises liability, security planning, community-association governance and licensing.

When disputes arise, Mr. Simon is equally at home in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. He appears in every division of Florida’s state courts, as well as federal court, bankruptcy court, administrative proceedings, condominium-board matters, appellate courts and arbitration.
