While at law school, she took the helm as the editor in chief of the Race and Social Justice Law Review, honing her skills in leadership and advocacy.

Since joining The Florida Bar in 2014, Ms. Kipnis has skillfully represented clients in both state and federal courtrooms, handling litigation and trials with aplomb. Her earlier role as an assistant state attorney in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office's Sexual Crimes and Child Abuse Unit laid a strong foundation for her career. She also played a pivotal role as an of counsel at a Miami criminal and professional license defense firm, guiding clients through criminal defense challenges and leading negotiations toward resolutions with both civil and government adversaries, employing both traditional and restorative justice approaches.

Ms. Kipnis is a respected member of the legal community, actively participating in the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. Her dedication to professionalism was recognized with appointments to The Florida Bar Standing Committee on Professionalism and Grievance Committee. Her excellence has been acknowledged by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which named her one of the 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of South Florida.
