Steven D. Rubin is certified in real estate law and condominium and planned development law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education (1995) and he has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1981. Mr. Rubin  served as Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Real Estate Continuing Legal Education Committee from 1997 to 2010 and as Chair of the Florida Bar Real Estate Certification Committee (2007-08). He served as a member of the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education from 2012 to 2018, and as its Chair from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Mr. Rubin is currently the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education's Coordinator for the Certified Lawyers on Call Service and a member of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Specialization.

He represents individuals, corporations, partnerships, national banking associations,limited liability companies, and governmental and other business entities in the following matters:

He has lectured  numerous times over the past 15 years for the Palm Beach County Bar Association on a variety of real estate related topics. He has also served as special magistrate for the Palm Beach County Value Adjustment Board, Code Enforcement Board, and Collections Court. In 2005, he was awarded the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society's Justice for All Pro Bono Award, and he continues to provide pro bono services as evidenced by the silver and bronze pins awarded to him  by the Florida Supreme Court. He is a fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation and he mentors young lawyers through the Florida Bar Lawyers Advising Lawyers program.
