Susan Papagikos

As the driving force behind Papagikos Law in Boca Raton, Florida, Susan Papagikos is a seasoned business immigration attorney known for her fierce advocacy, strategic counsel, and meticulous approach.  She navigates the intricate world of immigration law with finesse.  A trusted advisor to multinational corporations, small businesses, investors, high skilled professionals, artists, and individuals throughout the U.S., her deep understanding of the field allows her to advise and guide clients throughout their immigration process. 

She brings a wealth of experience to the table handling employment and family-based immigrant visa petitions, applications for U.S. permanent residency and U.S. Citizenship applications. Ms. Papagikos represents clients before the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide. Her practice spans diverse industries, including IT services, management consulting, financial services, insurance, energy and health care.

With a strong academic background, Ms. Papagikos graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, earning an Immigration Law Certificate and a Book Award for advanced legal writing skills. During her studies, she served as a student attorney for indigenous immigrant clients in immigration court as a certified legal intern. Licensed in Florida since 2019, she has also been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. 

A respected leader in the legal arena, Ms. Papagikos was appointed by The Florida Bar as Chair of the Unlawful Practice of Law Standing Committee, where she investigates potential unlawful legal practices referred by Bar discipline attorneys. She also dedicates her time to pro bono legal services, assisting the migrant community in Palm Beach County and supporting the Pediatric Oncology Support Team (POST), a nonprofit that aids children and families battling cancer.

Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Papagikos spent over two decades as a paralegal in Florida and Massachusetts, focusing primarily on immigration issues. She is also fluent in Spanish, further enhancing her ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
