Taren L. Castro

Taren Castro is a highly dedicated, passionate Florida attorney and the owner of The Castro Law Firm, PLLC, in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. By offering wise counsel in estate planning, probate and guardianship matters, she helps her clients build solid foundations for their future.

In 2004, Ms. Castro completed her B.S. in criminal justice at the Florida International University and her master’s degree in criminology and criminal justice at the Florida Atlantic University in 2011. Six years later, she received her Juris Doctor from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2020. 

Ms. Castro served as a Florida State Trooper for a decade before becoming an attorney. She was delegated to both the Road Patrol and the Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Intelligence while working for the Florida Highway Patrol. She worked full-time as a Florida State Trooper and went to Nova Southeastern University for law school on evenings.   

Early in her legal career, Ms. Castro has held the positions of Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court and Assistant Attorney General for the General Civil Litigation Bureau in Florida. She has extensive experience in a variety of criminal and civil law settings. Client satisfaction is an important goal for her, and she keeps her clients informed and at ease by regularly updating them on the status of their case. She is fluent in Spanish.
