Tova N. Tsikis

Tova N. Tsikis is a Senior Associate at Gladstone, Weissman, Hirschberg & Schneider, P.A. Serving clients in South Florida with a special emphasis on Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. She focuses her practice on matters involving family and matrimonial law, including high net worth divorce, alimony/spousal support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and more. Ms. Tsikis has been named as “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America for Family Law for six consecutive years, from 2021 through 2026.

With more than ten years of experience in the field of law, Ms. Tsikis provides sound counsel to her clients. She has a genuine concern for them and understands the sensitive nature of family law matters and handles every case with this in mind. She also uses alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve issues in a less contentious manner but will not hesitate to take your case to court when necessary.

She earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad Law Center, where she ranked No. 5 of 244 in her graduating class. Graduating summa cum laude and with dean’s list honors, Ms. Tsikis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the Ramapo College of New Jersey, while also receiving a New Jersey Elementary School Teaching Certificate. 

While in law school, Ms. Tsikis was a member of the Nova Law Review, the Jewish Law Students Association and the Family Law Society. In addition to these degrees, she has an Associate of Arts degree in liberal arts and science from the State University of New York. She studied a semester abroad in Jerusalem at the Neve Yerushalayim College, where her major was international studies.

Ms. Tsikis is actively involved in her community and has memberships in The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the South County Bar Association, and the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
