Zoe S. Bernstein

Zoe S. Bernstein is a trademark law attorney and the founder of Zoe Bernstein Law PLLC. Bernstein represents clients throughout the United States from her office in Boca Raton, Florida, providing advice and guidance on trademark portfolios, as well as the protection and registration of trademarks. She is licensed to practice law before the state courts of both Florida and New York.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Bernstein has provided legal services to many individuals and businesses, serving clients in a wide variety of industries, including the arts, education, entertainment, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and software. Her vast range of experience allows her to help her clients develop the strategy best designed to meet their intellectual property goals.

After graduating from the Western University in Ontario, Canada, with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Ms. Bernstein earned her law degree from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in intellectual property law. While attending law school, she belonged to the Cardozo Intellectual Property Law Society, the Cardozo Sports Law Society, the Cardozo Entertainment Law Society and the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. 

Prior to founding her law firm, Ms. Bernstein developed her legal skills and experience through many different roles. During law school, she served as a legal intern with the Suffolk County Department of Law and volunteered with the Student Disaster Relief Network. She gained intellectual property law experience through interning with Bravado International Group and spending five years as an associate attorney at a private intellectual property law firm.
