Jason Hamilton Mikes

Jason Hamilton Mikes, managing partner at Hamilton Mikes, P.A., in Bonita Springs, brings over two decades of niche skill in business and real estate law – offering Southwest Florida clients a distinctive blend of commanding courtroom prowess and strategic boardroom insight. A graduate of Stetson University, where he earned dual credentials – a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration – he launched his legal career in the region in 2003, refining his craft at respected international firms before charting an independent course.

Mr. Mikes’ early years were defined by substantive representation of condominium associations, homeowners associations, developers and commercial property owners. Over that period, he advised hundreds of community associations on matters ranging from routine governance to complex disputes, while also serving as counsel of record in more than one thousand mortgage and lien foreclosure proceedings across Lee and Collier counties. His developmental work extended further, guiding residential, commercial, golf and marina projects from concept through completion, including multistate, high-value transactions requiring sophisticated Florida counsel.

In 2011, recognizing an unmet demand for attentive, responsive legal service, Mr. Mikes founded Hamilton Mikes, P.A., in Naples, Florida. His dual background in law and business enables him to function as a true general counsel – translating legal complexity into practical, outcome-driven strategy.
