With nearly two decades of experience in employment law, William M. Julien proudly represents the residents of Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and other Florida communities in cases of discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and overtime disputes, wrongful termination, and discrimination based on race, age or disability. A knowledgeable and adept litigator, Mr. Julien also represents individuals in civil rights violations cases as well as those who are facing retaliation from their employers due to whistleblowing or filing workers' compensation claims. As a testament to his belief that everyone deserves fair and vigorous representation, he handles all cases on a contingency fee basis and offers free initial consultations to every prospective client.

While he completing his bachelor's degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, Mr. Julien was recognized as the Outstanding Student-Athlete of the Year for his accomplishments as an NCAA wrestler, from which he gleaned persistence, determination and a fighting spirit that he has transferred to defending the rights of his clients. Mr. Julien went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1993. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He opened his own firm, the Law Office of William M. Julien, P.A., in 2002.

Mr. Julien is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Florida NELA and the American Association for Justice.
