James W. Holliday, II

A proud legal professional and former veteran of The Gulf War, James W. Holliday II serves his clients as he had served his country – with grace and poise, and armed with an unwavering work ethic that seldom stops in pursuit of achieving their goals. From the Holliday Karatinos Law Firm, PLLC, in Brooksville, Florida, he primarily handles personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, truck collisions, slip-and-falls and wrongful death, as well as head and spinal injuries, and insurance claims, among many others.

Mr. Holliday completed his undergraduate studies in 1990, graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stetson University through a ROTC scholarship. After being commissioned as an officer in the United States Army and serving in the Transportation Corps, he went on to attend the Stetson University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1994. A year after he received his law degree, he became licensed to practice across all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Mr. Holliday has consistently progressed the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights through his pristine, client-centric practice that emphasizes personalized attention and meticulous focus.
