In that same year, he became licensed to practice law in Florida, and served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fifth Judicial Circuit for several years.
A distinguished professional, Mr. Cario is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the State Bar of Georgia and the Hernando County Bar Association. He is also a member of The Florida Bar, including its Family Law Section and Criminal Law Section.
