Gary E. Williams

Gary E. Williams is Board-Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Marital and Family Law. He is also Board Certified as a Family Law Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocates of the American Bar Association.  Mr. Williams handles complex and collaborative family law cases, and he provides legal services throughout the Tampa Bay area including Tampa, and the Pinellas County cities of Seminole, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, Largo, Dunedin, Clearwater and Palm Harbor and other adjoining areas. Mr. Williams specializes in high-asset, high conflict and complicated litigation divorce cases.  Mr. Williams also handles pre- and post-marital agreements, paternity matters, post-dissolution modifications and relocation issues. 

After earning his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in business from Eckerd College and his Master of Business Administration, "magna cum laude, from the Florida Institute of Technology.  Mr. Williams was admitted to The Florida Bar after earning his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.  Mr. Williams is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, and Collaborative Divorce Attorney.

In addition to membership in The Florida Bar, Mr. Williams is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the American Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He is also involved with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and Leadership Pinellas. A member of the Collaborative Divorce Institute of Tampa Bay and a certified guardian ad litem, Mr. Williams has been rated AV Preeminent* by Martindale-Hubbell and has earned a "Superb" (10.0) rating from Avvo.
