Ms. Griffin, is Florida Board Certified in Taxation and in Wills, Trusts and Estates; is a Fellow of ACTEC; and also holds a license as a Florida CPA. She became a Supreme Court of Florida certified Circuit Court Mediator in 2012. She advises clients on estate tax planning matters, probate and trust administration, and lottery matters, and provides her expertise to probate and trust litigators on controversial tax and estate issues. She received her accounting degree, J.D., and LL.M. from the University of Florida. She is Vice Chair of the Wills, Trusts & Estate Certification Seminar and The Florida Bar Journal committees of The Florida Bar's RPPTL Section.
