Michael Perenich

For nearly a decade, Michael Perenich has provided quality representation to individuals who have endured unbearable circumstances such as a car or motorcycle accident, a slip-and-fall injury or a life-changing mistake by a medical practitioner. At the law firm Perenich Law Injury Attorneys in Clearwater, Florida, he serves clients in Trinity, Tampa and St. Petersburg. 

Mr. Perenich graduated in 2008 with his B.A. degree in philosophy and political science from the University of South Florida. He later attended the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law to pursue a career in law. In his last year of law school, he was accepted to study at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he was the recipient of the Honorable R. Grable Stoutamire Book Award in American Legal Thought and received S+ distinction in trial practice. 

During his time in law school, Mr. Perenich interned for the Honorable Judge Robert Morris of the Second District Court of Appeal and traveled to Hungary and Turkey to study about the Central European legal systems as well as international transactions. Receiving his Juris Doctor in 2012, he obtained his license to practice in Florida a year later.

Mr. Perenich has obtained large settlements and verdicts for his clients, including obtaining monetary compensation of $1 million in a product liability case, $1.4 million in a slip-and-fall injury case, $8.2 million in a medical malpractice suit and $3.5 million in a wrongful death case, among many others. For his many million- and multimillion-dollar recompenses, he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Apart from his law practice, Mr. Perenich stays very active within his legal community with continuing legal education seminars on a variety of important topics, as well as publishing articles on the same. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, the Clearwater Bar Association and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Furthermore, he holds memberships in the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, the Tampa Bay American Inn of Court and the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
