The Defendant argued that the Plaintiff did not suffer a permanent injury, causally related to the motor vehicle accident, but rather suffered only temporary, soft tissue, sprain/strain-type injuries, causally related to the accident. The Defendant argued that Plaintiff only needed 3 months of medical care and treatment following the accident.
