- Hanan Abdelshahid v. Safelite Group, Inc. and Donald Wilson Jeffery; Pinellas County Case No.: 16-005272-CI-21. On January 26, 2018, a Pinellas County Jury returned a Verdict, in the amount of $673,000, in favor of my client, the Plaintiff, Hanan Abdelshahid, in this personal injury, automobile accident, negligence case. The Defendant argued that the Plaintiff did not suffer a permanent injury, causally related to the motor vehicle accident, but rather suffered only temporary, soft tissue, sprain/strain-type injuries, causally related to the accident. The Defendant argued that Plaintiff only needed 3 months of medical care and treatment following the accident. The Defendant argued that Plaintiff's conditions were pre-existing, degenerative and arthritic in nature, and were not caused by the accident, 2018

- Tracy L. DeMoss v. Tagco Oil Company; Pinellas County Case No.: 16-001752-CI-20. On June 19, 2017, a Pinellas County Jury returned a Verdict in favor of my client, Plaintiff, Tracy DeMoss, in the total amount of $489,558.54, in this premises liability, slip and fall, personal injury, negligence case. The Jury found the Defendant 40% negligent and found the Plaintiff 60% negligent. Taking into consideration Plaintiff's comparative negligence, the "net" verdict to the Plaintiff was $195,823.41.
