Chelsea L. Metka

Chelsea L. Metka is the managing attorney at The Metka Law Firm, which is located in Clermont, Florida. She focuses her practice on real estate and business law and is board-certified as a specialist in real estate law by The Florida Bar. Serving clients throughout Central Florida, she has been in the legal field for over nine years.  

Ms. Metka has years of experience representing clients in a variety of difficult residential and commercial real estate and financial transactions, which has contributed to her competence. Graduating magna cum laude, she earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2013. In law school, she served as the notes and comments editor for the FSU Law Review. 

Ms. Metka has memberships in The Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the Real Property Probate & Trust Section of The Florida Bar. She is a board member of the Project Scholars, Inc. and former director of the Central Florida Real Estate Counsel.
