Gabrielle Lyn D'Alemberte

Gabrielle Lyn D’Alemberte is the Founder and Managing Member of The D’Alemberte Trial Firm in Miami, Florida, where she represents individuals and families harmed by negligence and other wrongful conduct in personal injury and civil litigation matters. In addition to her trial practice, she is engaged in work as a lobbyist, mediator, consumer advocate, legal compliance consultant, and political strategist.

Ms. D’Alemberte began her legal career investigating and preparing habeas corpus appeals for death-row inmates through the California Appellate Project (CAP) in San Quentin. She later served in the Florida Attorney General’s Office, including work involving tobacco litigation and child support enforcement, and was recognized by the Governor of Florida for work connected to the emerging field of alternative dispute resolution.

In private practice, Ms. D’Alemberte has handled matters involving major corporate defendants, including Philip Morris, RJR Reynolds, Boeing, NASCAR, Bombardier, Carnival Cruises, Hilton, Sandals Resorts, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Publix, Walmart, Marriott, Hyatt Hotels, BP Oil, Halliburton, TransUnion, Goodyear, Home Depot, and American Airlines, among others. She has been listed in Super Lawyers in aviation for 12 consecutive years and has received recognition for pro bono and community service, including the Florida Supreme Court Pro Bono Award for work with the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee, honors from the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, and recognition by Legal Services of Greater Miami for support of the “Together We Must” Campaign.

During the 2020 election cycle, Ms. D’Alemberte served as National Operations Director for Democratic presidential candidate Tom Steyer and later joined the Biden/Jaime Harrison coordinated campaigns. Through work on the legal team of the Democratic National Committee, she expanded her work in elections law and policy.

Ms. D’Alemberte is Of Counsel to the Simon Trial Firm and practices in areas including aviation, premises liability, wrongful death, legal malpractice, construction accidents, drowning, burn/fire injuries, school violence, liquor/bar liability, catastrophic injury, negligent security, sexual abuse, trucking accidents, and general negligence.

She earned a B.A. from The University of Iowa (1992) and a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (1996), where she serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council. She is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
