Antonio Martinez

Antonio “Tony” Luciano Martinez is a transactional attorney and co-founding partner of Martinez & Morales in Coral Gables, Florida. His practice centers on real estate, business and asset transactions. He represents national corporate clients and private individuals in all phases of property project development, including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, businesses, and assets. He also advises national lending institutions on document preparation, negotiation, and the closing of complex commercial business and real estate loans.

Mr. Martinez began his career at the boutique real estate law firm, where he handled high-volume real estate closings and managed closing offices in five cities across Florida. In that role, he also oversaw the policy, accounting and post-closing departments, gaining significant operational and compliance experience in real estate law. 

Building on this foundation, Mr. Martinez launched the Law Offices of Antonio L. Martinez, which evolved into Martinez & Morales when he partnered with Raul Morales in 2014. Since then, he has continued to expand his practice, representing a diverse range of clients in sophisticated property and business matters.

Mr. Martinez earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University. He currently serves as treasurer of the St. Thomas University Law Alumni Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to his alma mater and the legal community.

Mr. Martinez is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section (RPPTL). He also participates in the RPPTL Landlord-Tenant Committee and the RPPTL Condominium and Association Law Committee. Additionally, he serves as co-treasurer of the St. Agatha Home and School Board.

Through his deep experience and leadership, Mr. Martinez delivers practical, client-focused representation in all aspects of real estate and business transactions. He is fluent in Spanish.
